Food Diary!

11:30 Savoury brunch consisting of raw buckwheat groats, nutritional yeast, chili, turmeric, cumin and pink salt(Amazingly, since I've consuming the buckwheat my former egg cravings has diminished:0)!

Close to 16:00 Late lunch of second bowl of buckwheat and fresh fruit(The orange was sublimely-perfect::)

MH completed:)

Tea / Supper consisted some raw and yummy, organic Cavelo Nero from Crediton(on Langridge farm, EX17 5HH A Mandala Organic Grower's Partner:) marinated in some olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Prior to serving I topped it up with a scrumptious savoury topping of nutritional yeast, chili powder and tamari. This was so good:)

Tibetans and Asanas to do!
