Food Diary so far!

Processed around 30g of cacoa nibs into a powder, combined them with frozen bananas and 30g organic ground flaxseed(For the healthy omega3's antioxidants and protein to make a soft-scoop ice-cream. Pour over buckwheaties( 'Ocado' 99p for a 500g packet:)and serve(A young person would appreciate this; I guess I'm a big kid at heart:)!
