With the menses out of the way for now I enjoyed:
Brunch
Organic Broccoli(It it's natural state:) with 2TBS olive oil, PLJ, chili pwd, 1 Tomato, raw garlic and stem ginger giving it a Asian twist! Broccoli is great veggie with protein and calcium:)
Supper
Green Energy Soup: Organic Cavelo Nero from Crediton, banana, PLJ, water! Served up with some splendid Kentish blackberries(It's a shame I don't have a camera as it looks just as delightful as it tastes:).
