Two meals a day and basically just raw fruits and vegetables with a predominance of leafy greens. Breakfast is always after my work-outs and then supper around 5 p.m.
b) I try to get to bed by 10 and usually make it by 11. I get about 7 hours of fairly good quality sleep and usually awaken around 6 a.m. (I say “fairly good quality” because since going raw, I have to make 2 or 3 bathroom visits a night.)
c) A typical workout consists of an hour on the bike, an hour’s run, and alternate a long swim with lifting weights. This usually takes me 2.5 to 3 hours just about every day. I rarely miss because it just doesn’t feel right and it’s a matter of priorities for me.
