Intentions, Intentions, Intentions(Let's Begin:)!
I fully intend to be my true and authentic self this year. Let us begin with fuel and eating fuel I really and truly love:

and STOP consuming foods I don't really enjoy ie cooked / processed food: long grain brown rice, cooked lentils, miso, tamari, nutritional yeast etc. One man's food or 'medicine' can be another man's 'poison' in the same way, one man's trash is another man's treasure' . I will eat to nourish and sustain. I enjoy and thrive on water-based(I'm a crab after all:) foods so the simplest creations in nature will suffice(no dyhydrator for this one, I wouldn't mind a Vitamix thought:). I eat what I eat because it's empowering and it keeps me strong(yeah baby:)!

Sublime Smoothie
Started my Sunday with the most satiatingly-sublime green smoothie brunch: organic pointed sweet cabbage,
3 small local(Kent) apples, juice of 2 lemons(lemon and lime juice are soo incredibly-versatile and adds a real depth of flavor to any juice, smoothie or meal:) and a small, but perfectly-ripe avocado; ah what bliss in a glass. It was DELICIOUS! Go on try it for yourself(you know you want to:0), I dare you?! The perrrfectly-balanced, Sunday brunch meal in a glass for a healthy brain /mind, body and soul, Namaste!

Happy New Year!
January 3rd The New Year
Choose which habits you are going to destroy in the New Year. Make up your mind about them and stick to your decision. Resolve to give more time to God: to meditate regularly every day, and on one night each week to meditate several hours, so that you can feel your spiritual progress in God. Resolve that you are going to practice Kriya Yoga regularly and that you are going to control your appetites and emotions. Be a master!
